MailTracker + Postage $aver is both a bulk mail and direct mail
management program giving you total control over your mailing campaigns. We include
just what you need to
prepare bulk mailing; USPS Certified PAVE presorting and the printing of
your bulk mail PLUS direct mail tools that will help you manage
and track every aspect of your campaign, providing you with information
and the control you need to succeed.
Bulk Mail Presorting
MailTracker + Postage $aver sorts your mailing list in postal bulk mail order, prints the postage statement, rate qualification report, and barcoded tray/sack tags, calculates all postage amounts and discounts including nonprofit rates, and prints step-by-step packaging/traying instructions.
PAVE-GOLD certified for accuracy by the U. S. Postal
Service, including all new rates and sorting changes.

Preparation
From the start you will notice how easy it is to import a list into MailTracker.
A Wizard walks you through the process step-by-step, taking the confusion out of importing
a wide range of file types. You can even add custom fields to help you fine-tune your
list selection. Once you have a list to mail, you are just a few clicks away from
presorting and printing your list. Need to re-mail a list? No problem.
MailTracker can track each mailing so you can just select a previous
mailing from a list, click and mail.

Expanded Capability
with MS Word
Need the power of data merging to create custom mailings from MS Word?
Now you can manage and export a pre-sorted list from MailTracker +
Postage $aver and use this pre-sorted list and a data source from MS
Word. You can even add delivery barcodes! Any document (card or letter)
can become a customized mailing piece, and it's easy to do.
Direct Mail Marketing
MailTracker + Postage $aver includes many marketing features you can use to increase
response rates and glean information about each direct mailing campaign.
When setting up each mailing, you can give an ID for the mailing itself
and the mailing piece. If you like, you can easily record responses
to your mailings, and MailTracker will calculate your response success
rate and compare it to other direct mail campaigns. This
information is used in many reports that will reveal where the strengths
and weaknesses of your marketing campaign are.

Bulk Mail Printing
MailTracker + Postage $aver prints your list onto a wide selection of labels, envelopes,
4-post cards
per sheet, 2-post cards per sheet, and single sheets. You have the option to
include a delivery point barcode and return address.
Affordability
Why is MailTracker + Postage $aver more affordable than other bulk mail
software packages. We do not include a built in CASS address
correction service. This means we can sell our software for one low
price, no subscriptions and FREE MailTracker updates. Postage $aver
updates are FREE for the first year, then only $20 for 18 months.

Requirements
A 486DX33 or better running Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP, or NT 4.0 with
Service Pack 2.0 or greater. MailTracker v3 requires a minimum of 64MB
of RAM to operate at adequate speed. If you are managing lists greater
than 100K you would benefit from a greater amount of RAM.
