 ............................................................................................ At IDATASOFT we make affordable bulk mail software for small to mid-sized businesses. But that wasn't always the case... We started out developing our own list manager for our own use. There weren't any software programs we could purchase that would track our promotional materials. We started out as a database development company specializing in the design of direct marketing products. In 1996, we introduced our first software product, Trak-it Pro which was primarily a mail manger for direct marketers. After only one year we decided to expand the abilities of our software to include an integration of Postage $aver which could presort all mail. The name of the software was changed to MailTracker, and we kept updating and upgrading as we received valuable feedback form our customers. From the original MailTracker to the current version 3.0 we have made many improvements and updates; and many of the ideas have come from our customers. They have been our greatest resource. One decision that we made was to not include CASS certification service with our software. We know that other companies offer this and as result significantly raise their prices. While some customers can benefit from this bundling, we know their are many who appreciate a lower software cost and the ability to use an outside service to perform their list corrections. So what's next? We will continue to listen carefully to our customers and make modifications and improvements to our software as needed.
