Frequently Asked
Questions
We hope you find the answer to
questions below. If you do not, please contact us.
What is the
difference between MailTracker and Postage $aver?
MailTracker and Postage $aver are two separate software programs that
work together seamlessly. We, IDATASOFT, partnered with the developer of
Postage $aver to customize their presort utility to work with
MailTracker. Simply put, Postage $aver is a presort utility that is
activated from within MailTracker before printing.
Is
your software approved by the USPS?
Yes, Postage $aver is PAVE-certified for accuracy
by the U. S. Postal Service.
What other
software do I need other than your product?
You do not need to purchase any other software for your bulk mailing
needs.
Can your software
CASS certify my list?
No, not directly. You would need to use an outside service for CASS
Certification. We recommend using Liscleanup.com. They can CASS
certify lists that are exported from MailTracker. Once the list has been
corrected and returned to you over the internet, you can re-import
directly into MailTracker. This service
is inexpensive and easy to use.
I see other bulk
mail programs costing hundreds more, why?
The main reason for our low price is NOT including CASS certification.
Others include this along with necessary updates that allow them to
charge subscription fees that have to be paid to use their
software.
What are the
ACTUAL costs associated with your software?
A one time charge of $179.95 for MailTracker + Postage $aver.
MailTracker updates and revision are free. Postage $aver presort updates
are only $20 per 18 months.
